Fashion Week Hair Round-up New York Fashion week has come to a close and while most people are eyeing all the looks for next season, we are hyper-focused on the HAIR! Hair on the models (and fashion show attendees as well), are huge inspirations for hairstylists, and we always see these looks trickle down to clients inspiration pictures as well! Here are some of our favorite new styles to try! Here are some of our favorite new styles to try! Top Knot High and sleek top knots are the new messy buns! We love this sculptural idea for a modern updo. Deep Side Parts To anyone who said side parts would never return, we give you, Spring Summer 2023 Fashion week! SO many deep side parts strutted the runway and we predict a big side part return in our near future. Pulled Out Bun Ever make a ponytail and stop halfway leaving a bun with a hanging ponytail? We know we rock this hairstyle at home all the time. This at-home-lazy hairstyle has officially made it’s fashion debut! The “pulled out bun” or “bun with a tail” look was seen on multiple fashion show celebrity and influencer attendees. Slicked back We know we mentioned a slicked back bun being all the rage on the runways, but a general slicked back look was also seen in multiple shows and in the audiences as well! 90’s Bob This effortlessly “not styled but styled” bob is, has been, and will be a continuing trend looking into spring 2023. All About Eyes One thing was certain on the runway this season, it is ALL ABOUT THE EYES. Maybe being behind masks for all this time is still influencing designers, who knows, but we do know that eye makeup and clean skin were glowing on the runway for Spring/Summer 2023. Here are some highlights. Hair Facts: On average, Blondes have the highest amount of hair strands (146,000).
