Return Policy

Product Return Policy

At Charles Ifergan Salon, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window to make things right.
  • Eligibility: Items purchased at our salon can be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns, which includes a receipt that clearly shows the product(s) and the purchase date.
  • Product Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Used or damaged products may not be eligible for return.
  • Store Credit: If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit equal to the amount of the original purchase. This credit can only be used for future retail products, it cannot be applied toward services. We do not issue refunds in cash or to credit cards.
  • Return Process: We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet our policy criteria. To begin a return, please bring your product to our salon. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.

Retail Return Policy

  • Our return policy for retail products is 30 days from purchase date for refund or exchange. This applies to used and unused products.
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are sorry but we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
  • All gift cards are non-refundable.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

Extension Retail Return Policy

  • We are sorry, but all extension retail such as clip-in hair extensions, tape-in extensions, hand-tied extensions, and halos are final sale and non-refundable.

Appointment Skincare Prep:

To ensure the best results for your makeup application, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face (or makeup-free eyes for eye-makeup application only). If you arrive with makeup on, please plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier so we can professionally remove it for you. A $30 makeup removal fee will apply.
