Our return policy for retail products is 30 days from purchase date for refund or exchange. This applies to used and unused products.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are sorry but we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
All gift cards are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

We are sorry, but all extension retail such as clip-in hair extensions, tape-in extensions, hand-tied extensions, and halos are final sale and non-refundable.
