We understand that, on rare occasions, a client may not be completely satisfied with the results of a service. While we strive to deliver exceptional results every time, we are committed to addressing any concerns and providing a reasonable opportunity to make adjustments when appropriate.
Redo Policy:
Redo services must be requested and completed within 10 days of the original service date. Requests made after the 10-day period will not qualify for a complimentary redo and may be subject to additional charges.
Two-Week Extension Adjustment Policy:
We stand behind the quality of our extension services. Clients have up to 14 days from their appointment date to report concerns related to the installation or application of their extensions.
Complimentary adjustments or corrections will be provided when the issue is determined to be related to the original service performed.
This policy does not cover concerns resulting from normal wear and tear, home maintenance, improper aftercare, product use, physical activity, sleeping habits, swimming, excessive heat exposure, or other lifestyle and environmental factors that may affect the extensions after the appointment.
Any concerns reported after the 14-day period will be evaluated and may be subject to standard service charges.
To ensure the best results for your makeup application, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face (or makeup-free eyes for eye-makeup application only). If you arrive with makeup on, please plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier so we can professionally remove it for you. A $30 makeup removal fee will apply.
