Our company was founded on an idea by Charles Ifergan and is run today by Charles and his children. Charles brings over five decades of styling expertise and French Artistry. Olivia, a renowned Stylist and now a dedicated mother, lends her artistic insight. Philippe spearheads technological innovation, brand and product development. Lana leads operational efficiency and strategic business growth. As a student in our intensive Assistantship Training Program, you will learn the technical skills to build a successful career as a top Stylist or Colorist. Our curriculum is designed to help you master your craft and build a thriving business and long-term clientele. Learn from leading educators that are among the best in the industry, whose work has appeared in Vogue, Allure and red carpets throughout the country. Each week you will hone your craft under the expert guidance of this top team and practice on live models, provided by the salon. Over the course of your enrollment, you will learn critical communication skills that will allow you to marry your technique with the personal style of your clients — one of the cornerstones of the Charles Ifergan approach to hair.
With over 50 years of teaching experience, we know how to train and coach successful Colorists and Stylists. It’s more than just an education; it’s an opportunity to master the CI fundamentals, our latest techniques and trends alongside seasoned professionals while getting inspired.

Our merit-based salon fosters rapid advancement, with most students completing their program within 6 months to 1 year. If you are highly motivated and advanced, individuals can graduate in just 3 months, propelling you into your beauty career faster than traditional salon programs.
Ignite your career with a built-in clientele. During your Assistantship you will work with potential clients. Upon graduation, you’ll receive a guaranteed number of 380+ clients, setting you up for success and providing a solid foundation to build your own thriving clientele and loyal following.
We provide competitive pay and tips. Earn between $50,000 and $60,000 within two years as a Junior Stylist or Colorist. With starting pay and tips, you can expect to make $30 per hour at the start of your career. After that, the sky’s the limit!
