Hair Extension Consultation
A $50 consultation fee is required to reserve your Hair Extension Consultation. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your hair goals, recommend the best extension method, provide a color match, and create a customized plan for your service.
The $50 consultation fee will be applied toward your hair extension service when your extensions are purchased, and your installation appointment is scheduled within 30 days of your consultation. After 30 days, the consultation fee is forfeited, and a new consultation may be required.
Hair Extension Purchase & Installation Policy
All hair extensions purchased through Charles Ifergan Salons must be installed by a Charles Ifergan stylist.
If a client decides not to proceed with the installation, we will make every effort to return the extensions to the manufacturer or supplier. If the return is accepted, the client will receive a refund equal to the amount refunded to Charles Ifergan Salons, less any applicable shipping, restocking, processing, or other fees charged by the manufacturer or supplier.
Please note that returns are subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s return policy. Extensions that have been opened, altered, or are otherwise ineligible for return cannot be refunded.
To ensure the best results for your makeup application, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face (or makeup-free eyes for eye-makeup application only). If you arrive with makeup on, please plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier so we can professionally remove it for you. A $30 makeup removal fee will apply.
