Charles Ifergan Salon clients are solely responsible for their own property. The salon is not responsible for lost items. We will make a reasonable attempt to determine and contact the rightful owner of a given item so that the owner can reclaim it, but only if there is identifying information readily apparent on the item. Clients may leave their name, contact information, and a description of a lost item with the salon so they can be notified if their item is found. The salon cannot guarantee that any lost items will be found. Personal items left unattended may be picked up by staff for appropriate action at any time. If a client requests that the salon sends personal items to their business or home, a $20 charge will be applied and the item shipped at the owner’s expense. Any lost items while in transit will not be the responsibility of the salon. As a courtesy, the salon will retain found items for 30 days. After 30 days, if the items aren’t claimed, the salon will safely dispose or donate any personal belongings to charity.
To ensure the best results for your makeup application, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face (or makeup-free eyes for eye-makeup application only). If you arrive with makeup on, please plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier so we can professionally remove it for you. A $30 makeup removal fee will apply.
