Cancellation & No Show Policy

We understand that things happen unexpectedly. We also hope you understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, our salon loses the ability to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and staff, booking appointments are subject to the following terms:

1. You may cancel or modify your appointment within 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment without incurring a charge.

2. Less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and may result in a charge up to 50% of the scheduled service(s).

3. If you cancel within 1 hour of your service or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged the full amount of the scheduled service(s).

4. We require a 50% deposit for all Hair Extensions, Japanese Straightening, Smoothing Treatments, Out of Salon Hair/Makeup, Perms and Color Correction services. The amount is determined on an individual basis by your technician during your consultation. Cancellation and no-show fees are as follows:

  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: The deposit is fully refundable and/or may be used to secure your next appointment. 
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: We retain 25% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: We retain 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellation within 1 hour of service time or No-Show: Deposit and remaining balance will be charged to card on file.

5. If you book an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, you may cancel within 1 hour of booking at no charge, as long as you contact us during salon business hours the day before your service. Cancellations made within 24 hours, including those left by voicemail, text, or email after salon hours, are subject to our standard cancellation fee. 

6. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments to those that opt-in by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

7. To ensure a full experience, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

8. If you need to cancel your appointment during non-business hours, you may either call and leave a voicemail, text, or cancel your appointment through the email confirmation you received upon booking.

*This policy is being disclosed to you and by accepting it, you understand our Cancellation Policy and what is required from you as the cardholder to prevent being billed for Late Cancellation and/or No-Show Fees.

Appointment Skincare Prep:

To ensure the best results for your makeup application, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face (or makeup-free eyes for eye-makeup application only). If you arrive with makeup on, please plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier so we can professionally remove it for you. A $30 makeup removal fee will apply.
